    FAQs

    Q: How do I login to access the event?

    Already Registered?

    1. Click here to go to the Agenda page. 
    2. Click "Log In" in the upper right corner. Enter the email you used to register and pay for the event. 
    3. Next, check your email for a link to sign in from Inman Connect Now, subject line: "Access Your Inman Connect Now May Agenda". Click the "Log In Now" button in the email and you will be automatically logged in.

    Q: I am logged in, what do I do now?

    A: Here are some helpful navigation tips:

    1. Agenda: This page is your home base. This is where you will be able to view all sessions titles, descriptions, and speaker information. You may also click the star next to each session to add it to "My Interests".

    2. View Session. Sessions are listed in chronological order. Click back over to the agenda to view the subsequent session.

    3. Watch Now. Two minutes before the session starts, click Watch Now to enter the session room. Some sessions will not start until the exact time listed on the schedule.


    Q: I didn't receive a login link in my inbox

    A: Double check you are registered for the event. You should have received a confirmation email from Inman Events with the subject line: Registration Confirmation to Connect Now May 2022. The sender is Inman Events, customerservice@inman.com.

    Check your Spam folder and/or Deleted folder for a link to sign in from Inman Events, subject line: "Access Your Inman Connect Now May Agenda". Click the "Log In Now" button. Also, make sure customerservice@inman.com is not on your blocked contacts list.

    Q: I don't remember what email address I used to register at the time of purchase. How do I find out?

    A: Search your email inbox for a confirmation email from "Inman Events, customerservice@inman.com".

    The email address you used to register is likely the one that received the event confirmation email. If someone registered for you, please contact them to confirm the email address they used. You can also email customerservice@inman.com for help.  


    Q: How do I get into the sessions to view the show?

    A: Go to the agenda and click Watch Now if the session is live. To switch between sessions, go back to the agenda and select a different session.


    Q: Why am I being asked to share my name and email again to view the live sessions?

    A: Some live sessions may require your name and email to enter. We apologize for the repetition. Once you enter this information, the live session will start. 


    Q: I see a prompt to have the latest version of Chrome. How do I update my Chrome browser?

    Q: My screen is frozen. I can’t see anything. The platform is not working.

    A: Troubleshooting Tips

    1. Click CTRL + R (or Command + R on Mac) to refresh or reload the browser. Within a few seconds, the show will go on.

    2. Clear cache and cookies. First, close all tabs and windows. Next, open new window and follow directions on clearing cache and cookies: Chrome, Safari, Fire Fox.

    3. Check internet connectivity. It is ideal to be plugged in to a router through an ethernet cable, but a wireless connection should suffice as long as the device is receiving a strong signal.

    4. If possible, avoid streaming. TV, gaming, or working on other devices while attending a virtual Inman event will affect the connection speed and may cause freezing or buffering.


    Q: Will the sessions be recorded / available after the live event?

    A: Yes, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email confirming that replays are available.

    All replay links will also be available on the event site. Login then visit the "Agenda" at the top. Click “Watch Recording” for the session you want to watch. Replays will be available for 30 days after the event.


    Q: How do I register for more than one ticket?

    A: We are only able to process one (1) ticket purchase at a time. Scroll up to the first Q&A for details on how to register.
